We are excited to announce a new service we had added to our portfolio and that is assisted property viewings.
This is a services available to Landlords and Letting Agents. We can meet your prospective tenants at the property and show them round and answer any questions, you will then receive a tenant report with any questions that your new prospective tenants may need answering.
We can also offer you our Viewings phone number so your tenants can call us directly to arrange a viewing or call us to rebook.
We charge £120 for the first hour and then £50 for each subsequent hour, or book us for the whole day for £300.
Book as many potential tenants as is possible, or even have a group viewing as an open house and we take care of the questions..
